Burning a WoodWick candle

The first time

The first time, let the candle burn until the whole top has melted: that way it burns evenly afterwards.

The wick

Trim the wooden wick to about 3 mm before each use. That keeps the flame calm and you hear the crackle.

Safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep it away from children, pets and draughts.
