Frequently asked questions
How do you refill a Clipper lighter?
With butane lighter gas, through the valve at the bottom. Our guide refilling a Clipper and replacing the flint shows each step.
Can you replace the flint of a Clipper?
Yes. The flint system slides out of the top and can be replaced, so a worn flint is no reason to throw the lighter away.
Is a metal Clipper the same size as the plastic one?
Yes, the Clipper Metal Large measures 7.4 x 1.6 cm, like the plastic Large.
Worth knowing
- For a bigger flame, tilt it a little.
