Frequently asked questions
How do you refill a Clipper lighter?
With butane lighter gas, through the valve at the bottom. Our guide refilling a Clipper and replacing the flint shows each step.
Can you replace the flint of a Clipper?
Yes. The flint system slides out of the top and can be replaced, so a worn flint is no reason to throw the lighter away.
How big is a Clipper Large?
7.4 x 1.6 cm. The Clipper Micro is smaller: 6.3 x 1.4 cm.
Good to know
- Tilt it and the flame gets bigger.
- Keep it out of the reach of children and below 50 °C.
The round Clipper comes from Barcelona, where the brand has made refillable lighters since 1971. Clipper is sold in more than 130 countries. More designs are in our Clipper lighters.
