In Belgium, only e-liquids fitted with a Belgian branch band may be sold. Products without this band are indeed not allowed. We strongly advise against buying or using them for your own health if this is still a concern for you.

Use of VEEV pods

The devices operate exclusively with pre‑filled VEEV pods, which are easy to insert. Pods are available in a wide variety of flavours, from fruity options to classic tobacco notes. Each pod contains an e‑liquid based on nicotine salts, generally providing a smoother inhale.

Care and operating tips

Reset in case of issues

Press and hold the button for about 10 seconds, then release. If the issue persists, contact Customer Care:

Cleaning and safety

• Use a dry cloth only to clean the mouthpiece, device and contacts.
• Do not expose VEEV ONE, the AC adapter or USB cable to liquids; do not touch or use them when wet.
• Wipe any visible liquid droplets on the cartridge or mouthpiece before use.
• Do not use the product if a pod is damaged, tampered with, cracked or leaking. If liquid contacts skin, wash immediately with soap and water.

LED indicators

• Top white LED flashes 5×: low liquid level → replace pod.
• Bottom white LED flashes 5×: low battery → recharge.
• Bottom white LED flashes 2×: puff too long → 5‑second over‑inhalation protection.
• All LEDs flash white 2× when drawing: device outside operating temperature (0–40 °C).
• Bottom LED flashing red: error → reset the device.
• No LEDs on button press: device off, battery depleted or physical damage.

Checking battery level

A short press shows the battery level via the LEDs. At ≤ 1%, LED 1 flashes five times. The device cannot be used until it remains on charge.
